Using Security 360
These terms apply when you access the Security 360 website, customer portal, plan information, and support resources. By using these services, you agree to use them lawfully and responsibly.
Your account
- Provide accurate information and keep it reasonably current.
- Protect your password and do not allow another person to use your account without permission.
- Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
- You are responsible for activity carried out through your account when your credentials are used.
Plans and availability
Plan features, device limits, availability, pricing, and renewal details may vary. The customer portal displays the plan details currently linked to your account. Contact Security 360 before purchasing or changing coverage if you need clarification.
- Essential is presented for one device.
- Complete is presented for up to five devices.
- Identity is presented for up to ten devices.
Responsible use
You may not misuse the website or portal, interfere with its operation, attempt to access another customer's information, use automated means to abuse the service, or use Security 360 for unlawful activity.
Security software limitations
No security product can prevent every threat or replace careful online behavior. Security 360 features are intended to help reduce risk. Results may depend on your device, configuration, software version, connectivity, and use of the service.
Support communications
Support information is provided to help with plans, billing, setup, technical questions, and account access. Do not send passwords, payment card numbers, or other sensitive credentials by email.
Changes and contact
