How we approach account safety

Security practices

Security is a shared responsibility. These practices explain how customer access works and the steps customers can take to protect their accounts.

Account access

The customer portal requires sign-in before showing account, profile, and plan information. Account-specific records are limited to the signed-in customer.

  • Customers can sign in with email and password or the available Google sign-in option.
  • Password recovery uses a reset link sent to the account email.
  • Changing a password while signed in requires the current password.

Customer controls

Customers can review their plan information, update available profile fields, change their password, and sign out from the portal. Signing out clears the current customer session from the website.

Practical security habits

  • Use a unique password that you do not use for another account.
  • Keep your device, browser, and security software current.
  • Confirm unexpected messages through a trusted contact method before opening links or attachments.
  • Sign out after using a shared device.
  • Never send passwords or payment card numbers in a support email.

Support and account concerns

If you cannot access your account, notice unexpected account activity, or receive a suspicious message claiming to be from Security 360, contact our team at admin@cloudsecure360.com or +1 (888) 571-9132.

Report a security concern

To report a potential security issue affecting the Security 360 website or customer portal, email admin@cloudsecure360.com with a clear description, the affected page, and steps that help reproduce the issue. Do not include passwords, payment details, or personal information belonging to another person.

  • Do not disrupt the service or attempt to access customer data.
  • Do not publicly disclose account-specific or sensitive details.
  • Allow our team time to review and respond to the report.
