- Profile details such as your name, phone number, company, and mailing address.
- Your communication preferences and information included in support requests.
Account and plan information
We use account and plan details to show your current coverage, device allowance, plan status, and renewal date in the customer portal. We also use these details to respond to billing, setup, and support questions.

- Confirm identity during account access and password recovery.
- Respond to support, plan, billing, and setup requests.
- Send product or account updates when you choose to receive them.
- Protect the website, portal, and customers from misuse.
Your choices
You can update the profile details and marketing-email preference available in the customer portal. You may also contact us to ask about information connected with your account.
- You can turn optional product and account updates on or off in your account details.
- You can change your password from the portal or request a password-reset link.
- You can choose not to provide optional profile fields, although some details may help us answer support requests.
Keeping your account safer
Use a strong, unique password and do not share it with anyone. Security 360 will not ask you to send a password or payment card number by email. Contact us if you believe someone has accessed your account without permission.
